1966 Mercury Comet Caliente

1966 Mercury Comet

Here’s a picture of my 1966 Mercury Comet Caliente Convertible that I affectionately call “Lil’ Brown Sugar”. It’s powered by its original 298 cubic inch engine and boasts both power steering and power brakes. This great ride has a super solid and straight body and has had one re-paint year ago.

The car was originally sold at a dealer in Huntington Beach, California and has remained in California its entire life. The car is fun to drive and being a convertible a natural for a cruise down the Pacific Coast Highway.

    Cool!

I think you made a typo on the engine size. It should be 289 not 298.

I'm picturing it in Fire Engine Red, with a white interior, and white top. Still a very sweet ride.
