1984 Chevrolet PU

1984 Chevrolet PU

Here’s a photo of my 1984 Chevrolet Pickup, it’s still a Work in Progress. I’ve had an ’83 & ’84 in the past and I bought this one about 2-years ago from a college student & his mother that live in Garland TX.

I’m a Hot Wheels collector, so there’s Hot Wheels logos on the inside & outside. I had the interior redone, including: headliner, seat recovered with Hot Wheels logo embroidered, dash recovered with Hot Wheels logo & door panels cloth section redone. I’ve also added flame pinstriping, European style turn signals, halo rectangle high & low headlights, different fender decals & Hot Wheels logos on the fenders & tailgate. I also added air conditioning back into the truck.

Future work (as money permits) includes aligning the cab, replace cab mounts, replace fuel sending units, 2.5″ drop spindles in the front, 4″ drop in the rear & 20″ rims & tires. I’ve always liked the square-body Chevrolet trucks, and this ones no exception.
