I love driving my car to shows. I also plan on taking it the local children’s hospitals and giving out toy cars from the “Cars” movie. It is a clone restomod built by Petty, so it is and isn’t a real bird.

My first Plymouth restoration of the exceedingly rare (as in 4 months of production and no separate numbers) Economy version of the all new steel body Plymouth for 1935. This was Chrysler’s first offering to the fleet car buyers (Taxi’s, Route Salesmen, Police and Fire departments, etc.) It was a hit and Chrysler dominated those markets for many years to come. This is the only operational (Correct drive train & other accoutrements) known to exist with only 6 operational coupes known to be registered. Now owned by a lady in Arizona.

1948 Lincoln Continental. Original V12 engine (last year of production by Ford) with standard 3-speed transmission and overdrive. Bought the car in September of 2016 and have been enjoying driving it since then. The car has an 06H Holley carb on it so I wouldn’t win any drag races but am retired so not in any hurry anyhow. The car has push buttons, from the factory, to open the doors and power windows. The windows were operated by hydraulics but I converted them to electric when the drivers side started leaking a bit.

This is the only muscle car ever driven into the former Soviet Union by its original owner, a Croatian escapee. That took some nerve but is typical of the original owners of these cars. Rebel Machines were marketed to a specific niche market who were according to my research, Type A personalities – especially for the Red, White and Blue versions. So the RWB cars were bought by extroverts and the solid colour Machines were bought by introverts. That still holds true today. The introverts mostly don’t like the stripe kit on my Machine but since I’m an original RWB owner and I make the stripes, too bad, so sad. Vince Geraci, AMCs designer said the only reason AMC didn’t offer stripe kits for the other colours of Machines from the factory was because they never thought of it. I think more of these cars would have been sold if they’d put the stripes on the other colours of Machines and even offered them in different colours. Since I make most of the body parts for these and other AMCs (as well as for other obscure 50s to 70s cars) if you find a rusty one, and want to restore it, yes you can still get new parts at rebelmachineparts.com

This car has been nicknamed the BEAST because of the power it has. I built this car so I could mount the blower under the hood, instead of protruding through the hood. This hot 57 Chevy, Belair is a car you will love & remember for a long time! Included is a 700 R4 transmission with overdrive, 411 Positraction with Detroit Lockers, Electric cut outs, 4 wheel disc brakes, Power steering, Tilt steering column, Engine compartment show lights, with lots of chrome! The coupe never left the garage. 8 years ago I decided it was finally my time. Boxed the frame and went to work. Ct car, much rust, a lot of body work later, this is the result.

It took me twenty years of looking to find this car. I wanted one that hadn’t been restored because I wanted to know what I had to work with. I finally found this one down in Alabama. Six years and a bunch of work and dough later it’s a finished as it’ll ever be. It turns heads whenever it goes out. I’ve even been pulled over so the trooper could have a better look at it. It’s a sweet ride and I love driving it.

I bought this car 9/9/2003 as a replacement for the 1967 Mustang that someone hit while it was parked and totaled it in 1988. She had no insurance. I cashed in a pension of 15 years to use part of the money to purchase the car in 2003. It has a deluxe woodgrain interior with headrests, dual exhaust (X-pipe, Series 40 Flowmasters), Carroll Shelby hand-signed my dash while still alive, a Shelby console with Greenline gauges, Cobra wooden shift handle, Shelby swaybar, Koni front shocks, coil-assist rear shocks, and will soon undergo the transformation on the exterior to a Shelby coupe. Has a 289 4-BBL now, will have a 408 Stroker 4 BBL when done.

The original 221 V-8 has been updated to a rebuilt and modified 302 , the motor is producing approx.340 HP and 350 ft. lbs of torque. The original Fomco 2 speed automatic has been replaced with a T-5 5 speed manual transmission ,.. this is not a race car but is fun to drive. The car has had many upgrades and the process is continuing, next phase is to rebuild the stock 8″ rear end and upgrade to 355 gears and limited slip ( just for fun). Down the road I will do further upgrades such and modern disc power brakes all around and a possible upgrade to a Mustang 2 style front suspension with modern rack & Pinion power Steering

My 64 Buick Riviera. I bought this car in 2011 from the nephew of the original owner. The color was changed by the nephew to this shade of blue in 1995. Original color was code nn Coral Mist. It is equipped with the 425 ci nail head and turbo 400 trans. The engine produces 465 lb ft torque and 340 hp. It’s a numbers matching engine trans and rear differential, all original to the car. It has factory air conditioning power windows and power seat, tilt steering wheel with factory wheel covers. I paid $7500.00 for the car showing 27000 miles on the odometer but not varified. It needs a new paint job, which will be the original color. The interior is original to the car in code 308 black vinyl. It’s not my daily driver, but I do take it out on fair weather days and show it at coffee meets. It’s not a prize winning show car, but is a fun car to take out for Sunday drives. I will leave it to my grandson when I pass.
