This is my 1976 Corvette Stingray. I have always wanted a C3 and finally ran across one, I just had to own. I had dreams of owning a Corvette since 1976, which was the year I got my drivers license. I have made numerous improvements to the car and am continuing to restore as time permits.

Beautiful, I also own a 76 and has been idle for about three years.Have been working on it from day one.Rebuilt the engine three times etc. Runs great and has new paint. enjoy it while you can
You have a beautiful ride there. I also got bit by the dream of a corvette in my early teens. I bought my one and only Corvette new in 1976. I still have her today, only 22K miles on the car.
I HAVE HAD MINE SINCE 1976. PAID $8100.00 FROM RUPP CHEVROLET IN LYNBROOK. ORIGINAL PAINT, ENGINE, TRANY (4SPD) AND GARAGED FOR 42 YEARS WITH 76,000 MILES. ANYONE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE WORTH?
That looks just like my 77 L48. Mine is original with 35000 miles on it. It set in my garage for 15 years while I worked on my son’s stock car. He stole it and had it redone for my 70th birthday last year.
That’s great. I’m happy for you. My Dad had a 1973 back in the day. I just bought a C-5 2 months ago. I’m doing some upgrades myself. New C-7 ZO6 wheels a spoiler and a cold air induction so far. Enjoy your ride and here’s a fello Corvette wave to you.
Colonel gentleman with a 1976 the month on that I believe there’s only 4 months on it and it was all made out of fiberglass there are known to wear out you need to check it out and get that straightened those mounts out if you plan on at least yeah, I used to own one and mine ride it out that’s why I’m telling you it’s hard to even know that they’re right and you just got to get under there and find out you’ll see where they go together good luck on nice car
That’s the percfet insight in a thread like this.

I have an ’81, just finished the interior and exterior back to the original colors. Looks and drives great.
