I live in Italy, and love the American old cars. Back in 1985, my parents gave me this ’58 BelAir as a gift. This car has been built for Europe, and has got the speedometer in kilometers. It’s equipped with a small block 283, power glide transmission, power brakes, power windows, power steering and power front seat. The car has been sold in Rome in December 1957, and the first owner was a baron.

You are a very fortunate man! I have always been a fan of the 1950's and 1960's Chevrolets. First car was 1957 Chevy BelAir in high school. Always wanted to get a 1958 BelAir, but they were hard to find as nobody wanted to give them up. Congrats!
Hi, Whereabout in Italy the car is, how much is it offered for sale.
I've got my grandmother's purchased new, 58 Delray 2 dr in Silver blue. I'd love to see a picture of the speedo in KMH! This one looks great. I put in disc brakes and rack & pinion. Pretty civilized.
Yikes have seen this BEFORE ALSO , With the Exception that the owner is now in California

I commented on this earlier but it was removed because I am not a member because they do not take PayPal
nice belair-Dad had a turquoise 58 impala and we rode it throughout Germany in the early sixties
I am in Benton, AR, and may have it's cousin.i had one identical in high school, 1965, except that mine was all white. Found this one on ebay a few years back. It is having paint & body work done now. It will be white with black/grey interior, 283, power glide, power brakes, power steering, and manual windows. The one I am working on is white over bronze with original paint, interior, and running gear but will become white/white.
Addendum to prior post. BTW I live in Southern california.,PalmSprings
