I picked up a 1957 Pontiac Pathfinder deluxe (Unique to Canada) a few weeks ago. The car had been sitting in tall grass since 1968. The body on the Pathfinder is in really good shape with no exterior rust. However the floor pans and trunk bottom didn’t fair as well. Lots of work will be needed on the interior too.
The original six-cylinder engine was taken out and put in a pickup truck years ago. I plan on putting a 400ci. small block and 350 turbohydramatic transmission from a 1973 Chevrolet Caprice. I don’t know how that is going to work any suggestions would be welcome. This will make a good project car if this Covid thing carries on.
