The Grand National Roadster Show, often called “The Grand Daddy of Them All,” is one of the most prestigious and long-running hot rod and custom car shows in the United States. Held annually in Southern California, the event has been a premier showcase for roadsters and custom vehicles since its inception in 1950. Originally known as the National Roadster Show, the event attracts thousands of visitors and hundreds of custom car builders from across the nation.
The highlight of the Grand National Roadster Show is the competition for the coveted “America’s Most Beautiful Roadster” (AMBR) award, one of the highest honors in the hot rodding world. Vehicles competing for this title are judged based on craftsmanship, creativity, and style, making it a focal point for automotive innovation. The award-winning roadsters often reflect months, if not years, of meticulous work by builders.
The Grand National Roadster Show is not limited to roadsters; it also features a wide range of hot rods, custom cars, classic vehicles, motorcycles, and lowriders, showcasing the diversity of automotive culture. We are here at the beautiful Pomona Fairplex in sunny southern California for Grand Nationals Roadster Show. This is one of the oldest custom car shows in the nation and one of the best and quite frankly, might be the biggest that I've ever seen. So let's get you in there and see what's going on.
One of the craziest things that sets apart Grand Nationals Roads to show from so many other car shows around the country is the sheer number of cars that are here, the quality of the cars and from all different styles. So it doesn't really matter what you're into. You're gonna see something you find absolutely astonishing here at Grand Nationals Roaster Show. So as with most car shows, there is an award and it's for the America's most beautiful Roadster award. So let's start looking at some of those contenders and see which 1 may take on the goal.
